IntegraVac

The new central vacuum system for apartments and smaller properties.

IntegraVac by SACH Central Vacuum Systems, is a new revolutionary compact vacuum system for apartments or flats. It’s small enough to fit under a kitchen unit or inside a cupboard, or even wall mounted in a utility room.

Powerful, yet quiet, IntegraVac offers all the benefits of a traditional central vacuum system, but with its compact size enables space saving advantages for smaller properties.

The IntegraVac unit is easily emptied and maintained, simply pull-out the drawer cassette to access the 4-litre disposable filter bag. Five disposable filter bags are supplied with each unit, which is sufficient for a whole year of use.

With hygiene in mind, a carbon particulate filter is used to purify the vacuumed air, which is easily removed and inspected for simple maintenance inspection.

If it isn’t possible to vent the IntegraVac unit to atmosphere, there’s a small exhaust box that easily attaches to the back of the unit. The exhaust box includes both HEPA and Active carbon filters, to further refine the expelled air.

Consider the Benefits of IntegraVac!

Easy Installation!
IntegraVac is easily installed within an existing or new property. development.

Compact Size!
Offers space saving benefits, where space is at a premium.

Great Investment!
The inclusion of an IntegraVac system adds saleable value to any property, for developers and home owners alike!

Hygienic!

Unlike portable vacuum systems, that exhaust stale air back into the environment, all of the vacuumed dust is removed and deposited within the unit.

Quiet!
Despite the larger, powerful motor of the IntegraVac unit, it’s quieter than a portable vacuum. The low noise level, enables you to listen to music or make a phone call during vacuuming.

Healthier!
One of the major benefits of an integrated system is to asthma and allergy sufferers and pet owners, as there’s no dust recirculation and minimal contact with filter bag disposal.

Comfortable Handling!
Simply, insert the light weight cleaning hose into one of the inlet valves and experience a faster, healthier and more efficient cleaning process.

Automatic Kitchen Dust-Pan

To compliment the IntegraVac system, you can also include the automatic Sweep Inlet or Vac-Pan as they’re commonly known.

Just like the IntegraVac unit, the automatic sweep inlet is installed within the plinth space below a kitchen cabinet.

To operate, simply turn-on the sweep inlet valve with your toe and the powerful vacuum removes dust and debris from your floor, without bending to use a traditional dust pan and brush.

Sweep inlet valves are also used in utility rooms, workshops, boot rooms, and hairdressing salons.

They’re available in a range of colours to suit your décor and they’re also obtainable in stainless-steel.

Hide-A-Hose - Retractable Hose System

The simple, efficient way to vacuum your home.

Hide-A-Hose is installed as a central vacuum system and can reduce the number of conventional inlet valves required. Hoses are available in 8, 10, 12 and 15 metre lengths. Regular central vacuum cleaning tools and attachments are all compatible with the HaH2 handle.

You can choose to install a different length of hose for each retractable hose in your property, adapting the hose length to suit the requirements of your furniture layouts.

A 12-metre hose can cover a floor surface of 150-200m². To ensure optimum coverage of a home it’s recommended that the valves are located centrally within the property.

Hide-A-Hose uses conventional 51mm plastic vacuum pipe but has to use the longer radius fittings to enable the smooth hose retraction process. The trajectory of the pipe is important when planning and installing the pipework, as the pipe houses the hose when retracted.
The pipe-work for Hide-A-Hose has to be installed on a single plane within a ceiling or floor void etc. and the pipeline from each vacuum valve needs to be of sufficient length to house the complete length of hose before it connects with the main pipe-work system. Whatever cleaning hose length that you choose, you need to allow an additional one linear metre of pipe to facilitate the hose length.

To ensure the system is installed correctly please follow the installation instructions in the HaH2 User Brochure (please see brochure download section).

The recommended height for the valve at low level (electrical sockets) is between: 50cm to 80cm to the bottom of the valve from F.F.L. The recommended height for the valve at the higher (Light switch) level is between: 90cm to 120cm to the bottom of the valve from F.F.L.

Both low level and higher-level valve fixing positions can only be connected to the
pipe-work from above or below in a vertical plane. The HAH valves cannot be connected in a hori-zontal – pipe fixing method. Standard vacuum inlets and sweep inlets can still be integrated with the Hide-A-Hose system, which is activated with conventional two-wire low voltage cable.
The Benefits of Including Hide-A-Hose within your Home or Workplace!

It’s an easy Installation!
Hide-A-Hose is easily installed in new builds or existing properties and can be integrated with any existing central vacuum system.

It’s a Viable Investment!
Designers and architects are increasingly specifying Hide-A-Hose for both domestic and commercial developments. Builders, developers and home owners alike, acknowledge the benefits of includ-ing a central vacuum system with a retractable hose, thus adding saleable value to your property.

It’s hygienic!
Cleaner, fresher air is achieved as all of the dust is deposited within the vacuum unit away for your living or working environment which is beneficial to allergy sufferers and pet owners alike.
It’s practical!
The hose is stored within the central vacuum pipe-work, simply lift the valve door and pull-out the required length of hose and begin cleaning. When you’ve finished cleaning, the suction power of the central vacuum unit retracts the hose within the pipe-work.
It’s quick!
The convenience of having a retractable hose at hand, ensures a quicker cleaning experience in a far more efficient manner, without lugging a heavy portable vacuum around!

It’s Powerful!
The motors used in central vacuum power units are generally larger and more powerful than portable vacuums and the higher air watts generated are needed to retract the hose within the pipe-work.

It’s quiet!
Despite the larger motors of a central vacuum system it is significantly quieter than most portable vacuum cleaners. The low noise level during use enables you to make a phone call, listen to music or engage in conversation during vacuuming.

VROOM Retract Vac

The VROOM Retract Vac is a retractable hose system for use in the garage and workshops etc.

Retract Vac, is operated in the same way as our hide-a-hose systems which stores the cleaning hose within the pipework of your central vacuum cleaning system.

The VROOM-Retract Vac® system, is a quick and easy solution for car valeting, using the same technology as our hide-a-hose systems.

The pipework and the valve station can be surface mounted around the garage/ workshop walls or roof space, and it’s easily linked into the existing pipework of the central vacuum system.

The Retract Vac system, can be integrated with any existing or new central vacuum system.
